It's amazing to think
that what we do in our own backyards can affected a lake
that is miles away! The best was to see
inside the underground pipes that make the underground
connection from our yards to lakes or rivers miles away.
Just
remember that storm drains contain rain water and
run-off from our yards. Sewer systems contain very dirty
water that came from our sinks, tubs, and toilets. It's
important to remember, that cleaning up after your dog
is great but putting the waste down the storm drain....
well let's just say that is gross! |
